hi all. i'm new to this sub and wine gaming. i have a laptop running Lubuntu 17.10, and encountered a problem after updating The Sims 4 to its latest version, 1.36.99.1020. this game was installed through Origin, which itself was installed through PlayonLinux.
the error message states that the file TS4.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. also, naturally, i have no idea what any of it means, but this is the link to the backtrace file i saved: https://pastebin.com/9wRkVTj3 (i hope it works!)
